Annual Mt Hood Climb Retreat for Labor Day Weekend – August 31st – September 3rd at White Salmon, WA. Here.

We will be staying across the bridge from Hood River at the beautiful and frigid White Salmon River. The lovely home is close to the White Salmon River where we will be practicing our cold exposure skills near beautiful cliff jumping, waterfall hikes, and green trees. We will be tackling advanced breathing techniques, meditation, and having fun. All food is included and there will be space for camping/sleeping and access to indoor rooms and bathrooms. Three days and three nights of group breathing, river jumping, yoga, and getting into Nature.
Monday morning will feature the sunrise Mt. Hood climb. It’s our premier event of the year and is intended for intermediate/advanced level practitioners ready to test their WHM cold endurance skills. Being on top of the mountain in minimal clothing is the most powerful feeling we have ever experienced and we love to share it!
